Program Purchase Agreement

This Program Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of Client’s signature below, by and between Wellrich Writuals LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as Wellrich Mind Mastery™ (“Coach”), and the undersigned purchaser (“Client”).

Coach and Client may collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”

1. Program

Coach agrees to provide Client with access to The Aligned Seller™ coaching program (the “Program”), consisting of one or more of the following elements, as described at the time of purchase:

• Online course modules and digital training materials.
  
  
• One-on-one coaching sessions (live or virtual).
  
  
• Voice note/voice coaching support.
  
  
• Written exercises, worksheets, and guided practices.
  
  
• Meditations and affirmation recordings.
  
  
• Other related resources and materials.
  
  

The specific timeline and duration of the Program shall be as outlined at the time of purchase.

2. Payment

(a) Client agrees to pay the total purchase price as selected at checkout, either in full or through an installment plan offered directly by Coach.

(b) If Client elects to finance through a third-party provider (such as Afterpay, Klarna, or similar), Client acknowledges and agrees that such transactions are final and non-refundable.

(c) Client is responsible for the timely payment of all amounts due. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of Program access, without relieving Client of the obligation to pay outstanding balances.

3. Refunds and Cancellations (Client-Initiated)

(a) Except as set forth in Section 2(b), if Client has paid in full or through an installment plan directly with Coach, Client may request cancellation of the Program at any time.

(b) Any refund issued shall be prorated and limited solely to unused portions of the Program. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered, including the current period in which cancellation occurs.

(c) By way of example, if Client cancels after completing part of the Program, Client will not be entitled to a refund for services already provided but may be entitled to a refund for services not yet delivered.

4. Right to Terminate (Coach-Initiated)

Coach reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate this Agreement and the Client’s participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to misconduct, non-compliance, or misalignment with Program objectives. In such event, Coach shall refund Client on a prorated basis for any portion of the Program not yet rendered. Refunds shall not include amounts for services already provided.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Client acknowledges and agrees that while the Program is designed to support improvements in sales performance, mindset, and income growth, Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties, express or implied, regarding any specific outcomes, results, or income. Results are dependent upon Client’s personal effort, commitment, and circumstances, and are outside Coach’s control.

6. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:
(a) Participate fully in the Program;
(b) Complete Program modules and exercises in a timely manner;
(c) Take sole responsibility for Client’s own effort, decisions, and results.

7. Disclaimer

Coach is not a physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or licensed therapist. The Program is educational and coaching-based in nature and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. Client is solely responsible for seeking appropriate medical or professional advice where necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including but not limited to modules, exercises, frameworks, videos, meditations, written materials, and methods, is the exclusive property of Wellrich Writuals LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Program content solely for personal purposes. Client may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, or otherwise exploit Program content without the prior written consent of Coach.

9. Confidentiality and Use of Transformational Stories

(a) Confidentiality. Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all personal, financial, and business information disclosed by Client during the Program. Client’s name, contact details, financial information, health information, and any other personally identifying data shall not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

(b) Use of Transformational Stories. Client acknowledges and agrees that Coach may reference, share, or otherwise use general, anonymized information regarding Client’s participation, experiences, and results in the Program (“Transformational Stories”) for educational, training, or marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, written content, or verbal presentations.

(c) Non-Identification. Any such Transformational Stories shall not include Client’s name, likeness, income figures, or any other personally identifying information. Stories shall be presented in a generalized and anonymous manner, such that the Client cannot be reasonably identified.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellrich Writuals LLC shall not be liable to Client for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to this Agreement, the Program, or Client’s participation in the Program. Client participates at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for all choices, actions, and results.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Orange County, California.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both Parties.

13. Acknowledgment

By signing below (or by checking the box in a digital signature form), Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement with Wellrich Writuals LLC.
